TRAVEL INFORMATION AND ACCOMODATION

Arrival and departure

The travel expenses such as the flight ticket to Germany and back will be taken care of. All expenses that come up for you to travel to the airport and back will be refunded. Therefore we will need all the receipts. However we also need the information from which country and airport you want to depart from in order to book the flight tickets for you.

Accommodation

You will be staying in your own room in a hotel near the city center of Osnabrück. We are taking care of the reservation and the bill.

Catering

There will be a ”lab center” where you will be catered for your whole stay here in Osnabrück.
